La perfezione si raggiunge con l’imperfezione
Quando la perfezione si raggiunge con l’imperfezione. Da tempo stiamo studiando come raggiungere la vera realtà attraverso il 3D CGI. Ci siamo sempre più resi conto come l’imperfezione di un’immagine, la sporcizia, il dettaglio che in qualsiasi campagna sarebbe eliminato, porta invece il 3D alla nuova, cruda realtà. In questo work in progress per una nuova campagna, attraverso percorsi di texturing, abbiamo realizzato questa immagine dove emerge un realismo incredibile. Attraverso mappature sovrapposte, canali e MixMaterials abbiamo ricreato in ambito urbano, un fermo immagine di una strada illuminata in notturna, dove emergono dettagli di sporcizia e spazzatura, che rendono l’immagine ancora più palpabile, vera. Attraverso shaders complessi di C4d e Vray abbiamo realizzato questa immagine con il solo uso del Texturing avanzato. Le mappe di riflessione, le DirtMaps, le normali e il Displacement bastano a creare una immagine d’effetto e iper-realistica. Bastano un piano, le mappature UV e una basica modellazione per giungere a risultati sorprendenti.
When perfection is achieved with imperfection. For some time now we have been studying how to reach true reality through 3D CGI. We have increasingly realized how the imperfection of an image, the dirt, the detail that in any campaign would be eliminated, instead brings 3D to the new, harsh reality. In this work in progress for a new campaign, through texturing paths, we have created this image where an incredible realism emerges. Through overlapping mappings, channels and MixMaterials, we have recreated in the urban environment a still image of a street illuminated at night, where details of dirt and garbage emerge, which make the image even more palpable, true. Through complex shaders of C4d and Vray we have created this image with the only use of advanced Texturing. The reflection maps, the DirtMaps, the normals and the Displacement are enough to create an effect image and hyper-realistic. A plan, UV mappings and basic modeling are enough to achieve surprising results.
